SMS Messaging Privacy

If you provide your mobile number and opt in to receive text messages, we use your number and related consent information to send the messages you signed up to receive and to administer the messaging program. We do not share mobile opt-in or consent information with anyone for any purpose.

Messaging Program Terms and Conditions

1. The messaging program may consist of general customer care messages to answer questions and provide support, and/or marketing messages that include discount codes, special deals, or texts promoting our products or services, depending on which program(s) you opt in to. We will only send content you have explicitly signed up to receive through our opt-in process. Messages will be sent from (216) 220-7191 and (313) 246-2399.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send STOP, we will send a text message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us through that program. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time and we will resume sending messages covered by your opt-in.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply HELP for more assistance, or contact us directly at avarner@nexusavgroup.com.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
